Alejandro Amado created Support Staff Solutions USA LLC in May 2019. He has been contributing with his more than 25 years of leadership experience, a trajectory of competitive growth among US employment agencies, and hiring temporary staff on assignment for recognized logistics companies in Florida with his employment agency. Alejandro Amado has extensive experience in flexible staffing solutions, commitment to quality for companies, and focuses on delivering employees on mission to logistics companies in record time and cost-effective recruiting services. All employees are covered with a workers' compensation assurance. As General Manager and CIO for the Americas, he has the important role of directing the company with financial and corporate strategies, putting employees on mission in logistics business operations, and directing the entire company including his first company created in 2007 in Colombia called Gestion Temporal de Colombia S.A.S. Alejandro Amado leads a team of more than 250 people, including professionals and employees on mission in important logistics companies in the United States and Latin America (Colombia). Alejandro works with his entire financial, IT, executive and field team to develop long and short-term growth strategies, company financial objectives and defends Support Staff Solutions USA LLC's vision of helping millions of Latinos, Colombians, and people from many countries around the world, to achieve their financial aspirations, personal and family goals, bringing daily money to their homes and families.
